After graduating from the prestigious University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Jeff began his building career developing residential and commercial projects in the Bakersfield area. In 1994, Jeff was engaged in residential development for the Cabazon Indian Reservation in Coachella and fell in love with the wonderful community and the beautiful desert lifestyle. The last 15 years of Jeff’ s thriving 33 years in the building industry has been spent in the Coachella Valley, where he builds magnificent homes for his clients at the most exclusive locations including Bighorn, The Reserve, The Hideaway, Madison Club, Bermuda Dunes Country Club, and El Dorado Country Club. Wattenbarger Custom Homes has been honored for two consecutive years with the highly revered prize as custom home builder of the year, winning the 2007 and 2008 PRISM Awards for the “Best New Custom Home.” Jeff’s colleagues and clients admire and appreciate his personal, engaging approach to his work.
